We are share a fast growing social consumer start-up from Berlin. Since our launch in 2018, we have been working passionately to change the world and the way we consume on a daily basis, in a sustainable way! How? We produce high-quality consumer products that are both beneficial for our customers and directly support people in need around the world.

Our business model is based on our 1+1 principle: with each of our products sold, we are supporting a person in need with an equivalent item or service. In this way, we have “shared” over 50 million times so far! We developed a large range of food, drink, hygiene and stationery products to serve basic needs at no extra cost to our consumers. So far, our concept has enabled us to build or repair >150 wells, distribute 14 million meals, 9 million hygiene products and provide 600,000 hours of education. You can already find our products on the shelves of DM, REWE, IKEA, DB, Eurowings, Lufthansa, Shell - stay tuned - we are just getting started!

Your task: 

  • Develop different growth initiatives based on well modelled business cases and profound strategy in order to develop share to a multi-category brand
  • Build new business sectors at share with an own budget in order to increase brand awareness and social impact
  • Support CGO to convince important external stakeholders to partner up
  • Lead a growth manager supporting you on your growth project
  • Reporting directly to the CGO

Your profile: 

  • 5+ years experience in a top-tier consulting firm; high-growth start-up; executive assistance in a larger company or entrepreneur in residence
  • Strong analytical skills, sharp problem solver, great interpersonal skills and ability to get things done
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and at ease using data to drive actionable insights
  • Great stakeholder management skills and experience in working in cross-functional teams
  • Outgoing personality and outstanding presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and German
